Blackrock Gold Announces Increase to Private Placement Offering

Vancouver, British Columbia--(Newsfile Corp. - February 8, 2017) - Blackrock Gold Corp. (TSXV: BRC) (the "Company") is pleased to announce that it has increased its non-brokered private placement offering of units (previously announced on November 21, 2016, and January 12, 2017) from up to 4,000,000 units to 5,666,667 units for gross proceeds of up to $425,000.Other than the increase in the offering amount, the terms of the offering remain the same as those set out in the January 12, 2017 news release.
