Vancouver, British Columbia--(Newsfile Corp. - February 14, 2018) - Bluestone Resources Inc. (TSXV: BSR) (OTCQB: BBSRF) ("Bluestone" or the "Company") today announces that its common shares are now trading on the OTCQB Venture Marketplace (the "OTCQB Venture"). The Company will trade on the OTCQB Venture under the symbol "BBSRF"; the Company's common shares will continue to trade on the TSX Venture Exchange under the symbol "BSR".

The OTCQB Venture is for early-stage and developing U.S. and international companies. To be eligible, companies must be current in their financial reporting, pass a minimum bid price test and undergo an annual company verification and management certification process. The OTCQB quality standards provide a strong baseline of transparency, as well as the technology and regulation to improve the information and trading experience for investors.

In connection with the OTCQB quotation, the Company has applied for DTC eligibility with the Depository Trust Company for its common shares, there is no certainty that the application will be approved. The Depository Trust Company (DTC) is a subsidiary of the Depository Trust & Clearing Corp. which manages the electronic clearing and settlement of publicly traded companies. Securities that are eligible to be electronically cleared and settled through the DTC are considered DTC eligible. This electronic method of clearing securities speeds up the receipt of shares and cash, and thus generally accelerates the settlement process for investors.

Achieving DTC eligibility to simplify trading of the Company's common shares on the OTCQB Venture, makes it accessible to an even broader range of investors and is expected to assist with the Company's goal of increasing the liquidity and convenience of trading its common shares within the United States.

Cautionary Language

The PEA is preliminary in nature, it includes inferred mineral resources that are considered too speculative geologically to have the economic considerations applied to them that would enable them to be categorized as mineral reserves, and there is no certainty that the PEA will be realized. Mineral resources that are not mineral reserves do not have demonstrated economic viability.
