VANCOUVER, British Columbia, Nov. 17, 2023 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Brixton Metals Corporation (TSX-V: BBB, OTCQB: BBBXF) (the “Company” or “Brixton") announces that in connection with the Company's non-brokered private placement previously announced on October 30, November 6 and November 10, 2023, (the "Offering") of up to 15,016,666 units (the “Units”), up to 49,386,593 national flow-through units and up to 16,384,645 charity flow-through units, for total gross proceeds of up to $14,580,535.51, an amended offering document (the “Offering Document”) related to the offering of the Units has been filed and can be accessed under the Company’s profile at www.sedarplus.ca and on the Company’s website at https://brixtonmetals.com/offering-document/.
