Vancouver, British Columbia--(Newsfile Corp. - October 12, 2021) - Sarah Armstrong-Montoya, President and Chief Executive Officer of Cordoba Minerals Corp. (TSXV: CDB) (OTCQB: CDBMF) (otherwise "Cordoba" or the "Company") announces today that Mr. Eric Finlayson has resigned as the Chairman and Director of the Company effective October 10, 2021 in order to provide him more time to spend in his role as President of Cordoba's largest shareholder, Ivanhoe Electric Inc., and its growing suite of mineral projects and interests.
