Fox River Grants Stock Options

TORONTO, April 01, 2024 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Fox River Resources Corporation (the “Company”) (CSE: FOX) announces that it has granted a total of 520,000 stock options (the "Options") to employees and consultants of the Company in accordance with the Company's Stock Option Plan. Each Option is exercisable into one common share of the Company at an exercise price of $0.25 for a five-year term expiring on March 28, 2029. 430,000 Options vest immediately, and 30,000 Options will vest on each of June 28, 2024, September 28, 2024, and December 28, 2024. Following this grant, the Company has a total of 4,920,000 stock options outstanding.


Fox River owns a 100% interest in the Martison Phosphate Project, located near Hearst, Ontario. The Martison Phosphate Project hosts the Anomaly A deposit which forms the basis for a positive preliminary economic assessment with an effective date of April 21, 2022.
