Heron Resources Limited (ASX:HRR)(TSX:HER) ("Heron" or the "Company") is pleased to announce that it has filed and obtained a receipt for a preliminary short form prospectus (the "Preliminary Prospectus") with the Ontario Securities Commission, pursuant to which the Company proposes to qualify the exercise of 39,285,715 Subscription Receipts as announced on August 1, 2017.
