MillenMin Ventures Inc. Appoints Ni as Independent Director

TORONTO, May 10, 2016 /CNW/ - MillenMin Ventures Inc. (TSX-V: MVM) ("MillenMin" or the "Corporation") has appointed Mr. Peiwei Ni as a new independent director and member of the audit committee, effective May 5, 2016.

Mr. Ni is an investment strategist specializing in taking Chinese private companies to public in North America and also in advising Canadian companies with respect to doing business in China. He has been a director and member of audit committee of Migao Corporation (TSX:MGO) since 2006. From 2002 to the present, Mr. Ni has been the President, a director and the founder of Wideford Inc. Mr. Ni was an independent director of Active Control Technology Inc. (TSXV:ACT) from October 2007 to January 2010. He was a radio producer at Canadian Broadcasting Corporation covering business affairs from 1989 to1999. Mr. Ni has also served as board member on a number of arts and charitable organizations in Toronto. He was a graduate of Beijing's University of International Business and Economics in 1984, and obtained a M.A. in Education from University of Victoria, BC, Canada in 1987.
