(CSE: NSM) (OTC PINK: NSMCF) ("Northern Sphere" or the "Company") announces the resignation of Mr. Mark Haywood from its board of directors, effective March 14, 2019. Mr. Haywood has been a member of the board of Northern Sphere since October 25, 2018. Northern Sphere thanks Mr. Haywood for his contributions to the Company during this time and wishes him well in future endeavours.
