Toronto, Ontario / TheNewswire / May 8, 2017 - Red Tiger Mining Inc., (TSXV: RMN), (the "Company" or "Red Tiger") announces that it has received Failure-to-File Cease Trade Orders from the Ontario Securities Commission. The Cease Trade Orders were issued as a result of the Company's failure to file its annual audited financial statements, annual management's discussion and analysis and certification of its annual filings for the year ended December 31, 2016.

The Company is working to complete the audit of the Company's consolidated financial statements for the year ended December 31, 2016 as soon as possible and anticipates filing such financial statements, MD&A and related Certifications by July 17, 2017.

Red Tiger is listed on the TSX Venture Exchange (symbol "RMN"). The number of shares outstanding is 144,446,957.
