Renforth Resources Inc.
  • Stripping has commenced on the wholly owned Beaupré copper discovery, in the NE part of the Surimeau property ~3km from the Cadillac Break, to expose more of the mineralized shear discovered and sampled on surface over 165m.

  • Renforth has completed an initial prospecting program on the wholly owned McCart Nickel Property near Timmins ON, successful visual identification of nickel and copper mineralization in the field.

  • Parbec Gold deposit remodelling utilizing the ~15,000m of drillhole data generated subsequent to the May 2020 NI 43-101 Mineral Resource Estimate has commenced.

  • Surimeau August 2023 Pegmatite prospecting results still awaited.

Pickering ON - October 25, 2023 - TheNewswire - Renforth Resources Inc. (CSE:RFR) (OTC:RFHRF) (FSE:9RR) (“Renforth” or the “Company”) would like to inform shareholders that the Fall 2023 exploration program at Surimeau has commenced, with stripping of the Beaupré copper discovery. Drilling is planned for the central portion of the Victoria mineralized horizon; it is anticipated that the program will start later this month.

Beaupré Copper Discovery Stripping Program Commences

Beaupré was discovered near a lumber road in the NE part of the Surimeau property by SOQUEM, who obtained an 8% Cu grab sample, which Renforth verified with a 3.59% grab sample. Grab samples are specific and preferentially selected, therefore not representative of the entirety of the vein-hosted mineralization, which occurs as vein hosted copper mineralization in chalcopyrite and bornite over 165m on surface, where it disappears into overburden. The Beaupré discovery is a greenfield discovery, located close to the regional Cadillac Break structure, with no historical record or geophysical signature in available surveys, however, there is evidence of very old blasting activity.  Renforth will wash the exposed shear zone and remove overburden along strike and in a crosscut to better characterize what Beaupré is, and identify parallel veins, if any, that occur within the stripped crosscut.

McCart Nickel Prospecting Program Complete

Renforth's geologists completed an initial prospecting campaign at the McCart property, located near Iroquois Falls, Ontario. The property contains three bands of NE/SW trending broad ridges, these can be divided into the north, south-central and south parts of the property. Numerous traverses were carried out targeting these ridges using satellite photos to identify potential outcrop locations. The northern bands are comprised of ultramafic and mafic volcanics with locally up to 5% coarse clots and disseminations of Pyrrhotite and pyrite stronger in the ultramafic. The south-central ridges are comprised of intercalated ultramafic and mafic volcanic lenses. Numerous outcrops contained narrow Quartz-albite stringers, one of which contained a coarse clot of chalcopyrite and bornite. The southern part of the property hosts a third series of broad NE-SW trending ridges comprised primarily of pillowed basalts and narrow interlayers of ultramafics. Numerous small historic blast pits were identified in this area. All of the pits contained veins of Serpentinite with chrysotile along fractures and pillow selvages. Samples were selected in the field and have been submitted for assay, results will be reported when received.

Parbec Gold Deposit Update

Renforth has retained Martin Demers PGeo (OGQ) to remodel the Parbec deposit using the results of the ~15,000m which were drilled subsequent to the 2019 MRE for Parbec.

This process is at an approximate halfway point, to date Mr. Demers has interpreted a hinge fold in the Pontiac which allowed the emplacement of diorites, associated with the higher-grade gold at Parbec. The hinge fold is part of a new structural interpretation of the Parbec gold deposit which includes observations and modelling to better understand and predict the location and geometry of gold zones at Parbec.

Mr. Demers is working on horizontal plans, this point of view helps to understand the true orientation of gold lenses, helped by the tight and regular drill pattern at Parbec, especially within the first hundred meters from the surface. This modeling is being done in order to understand the geometry of the Parbec gold deposit and identify strike and down dip extensions of the mineralized zones.

The use of level plans highlights the presence of flat lying and offset lenses which thicken.  This is different from the MRE model which used vertical cross sections, perpendicular to the Cadillac Break, which influences the model created. Upon completion of this remodeling the resultant information will be available on Renforth's website.

Surimeau Prospecting Update

Renforth is still awaiting receipt of all the assay results from the pegmatite prospecting campaign (which discovered new mineralization north of Lalonde) which took place in August 2023. When complete, the data will be forwarded to Dr. Selway for interpretation of the results and released to the public thereafter.

About Renforth

Renforth is a battery metals area play with the dominant brownfield land position south of the world class Cadillac-Larder Lake Fault ("CLLF") in the prolific Cadillac and Malartic mining camps of Quebec's Abitibi. Offering exposure to gold, zinc, nickel, copper, cobalt and more, including lithium, Renforth's land position encompasses several areas of interest.

Renforth's position is unique in that the both the battery metals mineralization at Surimeau and our gold deposit at Parbec are road accessible, with hydro power crossing the properties, in an established and secure mining jurisdiction which regularly ranks as Top 10 (as determined by the Fraser Institute) in the world.

Renforth is engaged in the active exploration of the proven Surimeau battery metals mineralization, working towards a maiden resource statement, and the remodeling of our Parbec gold deposit to incorporate the ~15,000m drilled subsequent to the 2019 effective date of the last MRE.
