Silver Bear Announces Filing of Year-End 2021 Financial Results and Postponement of the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders

Silver Bear Resources Plc ("Silver Bear" or the "Company") (TSX: SBR) is pleased to announce further to its press release dated 01 June 2022, that the Company has filed its audited financial statements, management’s discussion and analysis (“MD&A”) and its annual information form for the year ended 31 December 2021 (“2021 Annual Filings”) on July 8, 2022. Outstanding Q1 2022 Interim Financial Results

With the 2021 Annual Filings completed the Company will work towards finalizing and filing its outstanding Q1 2022 Interim financial statements and MD&A which it hopes to complete later this month. The Company expects all financial reporting from Q2 2022 onward to be filed on schedule.

Following the filing of the Q1 2022 interim statements the Company expects to make application for revocation of the cease trade order issued on April 6, 2022. The Company continues to work on the evolving situation associated with the sanctions imposed on the Russian Federation, and the resulting effect they have had on the Company’s operations and will provide updates as the situation progresses.”

Postponement of the 2022 Annual General Meeting of Shareholders (“2022 AGM”)

Due to the delay in 2021 Annual Filings, the Company missed the 30 June 2022 deadline for its 2022 AGM. Now that the Company has successfully completed its 2021 Annual Filings, it has scheduled the 2022 AGM for 30 September 2022.
