Tudor Gold Completes Purchase of Remaining Interest in Electrum Claims

Vancouver, British Columbia--(Newsfile Corp. - June 15, 2020) - Tudor Gold Corp. (TSXV: TUD) (FSE: TUC) (the "Company" or "Tudor Gold") announces that further to its press release of May 12, 2020, the Company has completed today the purchase of the remaining 40% legal and beneficial right, title and interest in and to certain properties and mineral rights known as the "Electrum Claims" in the Skeena Mining Division, located in British Columbia from American Creek Resources Ltd. The purchase price paid was $250,000 cash and 1,400,000 Tudor Gold common shares, which are subject to a contractual 8 month hold period expiring February 16, 2021.

The Company now holds a 100% interest in the Electrum Claims. The property comprises 8 claims totaling 650 acres, of which six claims are subject to a 2% net smelter royalty which can be purchased at any time for $1,000,000.
