West High Yield Announces Shares-For-Debt Settlement Agreements

Calgary, Alberta--(Newsfile Corp. - December 22, 2020) - West High Yield (W.H.Y.) Resources Ltd. (TSXV: WHY) ("West High Yield" or the "Company") announces that its board of directors has approved the settlement of up to CAD$28,946.40 of debt through the issuance of Common Shares of the Company (the "Debt Settlements"). Pursuant to the Debt Settlements, the Company would issue up to 144,732 Common Shares of the Company (the "Shares") at a deemed price of CAD$0.205 per Share to certain creditors of the Company (the "Creditors").

The issuance of the Shares to the Creditors is subject to the approval of the TSX Venture Exchange. All securities issued will be subject to a four month hold period, which will expire on the date that is four months and one day from the date of issue in accordance with applicable securities legislation.
