Brazil slab export prices decline on recent deals

Despite healthy demand, Brazilian slab export prices widened downward on Thursday April 18 due to reduced prices in other producing regions and increased deals, sources told Fastmarkets.

Fastmarkets assessed Brazilian slab exports at $495-545 per tonne fob, down from $510-550 per tonne fob a week earlier.
