PRICING NOTICE: Launch of Japan export ferrous scrap prices

Fastmarkets MB today launches its Japan export ferrous scrap price assessments for H2, shredded, Shindachi and plate and structural (P&S) scrap grades.

After undertaking an extensive consultation period that began on January 7, which was then extended by one week on February 12, Fastmarkets has launched price assessments for the following ferrous scrap prices:
Steel scrap H2 export, fob main port Japan, ?/tonneSteel scrap shredded export, fob main port Japan, ?/tonneSteel scrap Shindachi export, fob main port Japan, ?/tonneSteel scrap P&S export, fob main port Japan, ?/tonneThe first date of assessment for the prices will be today, on Wednesday February 19. The prices will be published on a weekly basis on Wednesdays at 5-6pm Singapore time.
