CIS FLAT STEEL: Prices rise on China 'bubble' but future trend unclear

Exporters of CIS-origin hot-rolled coil (HRC) and cold-rolled coil (CRC) increased their prices after the new year holiday period amid short-term price growth for material of Chinese origin.
