@DougBebb not allowing the strategic to increase their holdings is pretty common in agreements like this, standard really. Probably also part of the "price" to the strategic imposed by Martin because they don't want themselves named yet. They gave him a different reason. It's me assuming they are waiting for a PFS or something. I don't think $FPX is precluded from attracting a second strategic either, if it comes to that. Not likely a bidder, if its a miner, would arrive before the PFS now anyway. You know that's coming in a few months, so why not wait? I would not get as wrapped up in the "steady state" production as some seem to be either. I think you deal with the issue of awaruite "sticking" by adding Knelsons or something like that. Its a common issue in gold mills too. There are ways to deal with it. $FPX
