Ternium concludes acquisition of Brazilian slab producer CSA for $1.67bn

Latin American steel group Ternium has concluded the acquisition of Brazilian slab producer Companhia Siderrgica do Atlntico (CSA), following the approval of Brazil's competition regulator, Cade.
